100% Grade A cashmere · Alxa, Inner Mongolia

A$75 Cashmere Sweaters, 100% Grade A

Four everyday sweaters in 100% Grade A cashmere, the highest grade there is, all at one flat price. Choose a raglan crewneck, two ribbed turtlenecks or a ribbed mock neck in up to 12 colours, each knit from 15-micron fibre combed from young goats in Alxa, Inner Mongolia. Read more

Cashmere is graded by how fine its fibre is. Most cashmere measures 16 to 19 microns, and Grade A means 15.5 or finer; ours measures 15, which is why it feels smooth against bare skin instead of prickly. It is spun from the white down on the flanks of young goats, the finest part of the fleece, and white fibre takes dye cleanly, so pale shades stay clear rather than muddy. Every style is 100% cashmere, with no wool, nylon or other blend in the yarn. Because we ship directly from our manufacturing partners, with no wholesaler or shop markup in the price, Grade A cashmere costs about a third of typical retail. Looking for more cuts?
