Returns & Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legal provisions the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
This right applies to all products sold on our website, including clearance items, except for the legal exceptions specified below.
2. Our Approach (Important Information)
Our clothing is offered directly at factory prices, without brands or intermediaries, thanks to a deliberately simple logistics system.
This is a short supply chain: fewer steps, lower markups, less waste. BLACKSHEEP encourages thoughtful purchasing.
These very low prices are made possible by limiting certain costs, particularly those related to returns. We therefore encourage you to order with full knowledge of the facts, taking the time to carefully review:
product descriptions,
photos of the garment being worn,
and the sizes.
3. Conditions for Accepting Returns
To be accepted, all returns must strictly adhere to the following conditions:
new, unworn, and unwashed product,
product returned in its original condition with intact tags,
product free of odors, signs of wear, or damage,
return made within the legal 14-day period.
Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a price reduction, in accordance with regulations.
4. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
Inform us of your decision by email at fashion@blacksheep.io or via our contact form.
Return the product to the address that will be provided to you.
The product must be shipped no later than 14 days after your notification.
5. Return Costs and Procedures
Products are shipped directly from our logistics centers located in China, as part of our direct sales model at factory prices.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal:
Returns are unrestricted; the customer chooses the shipping method and carrier;
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer;
Returns involve international shipment to China, which may result in high shipping costs.
The customer is solely responsible for arranging the return, paying the shipping costs, and assuming all risks associated with shipping until the product is actually received by our services.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Refunds will only be issued after we have received and inspected the returned product.
Initial delivery charges are refunded only up to the cost of the standard delivery method.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, via the original payment method, excluding return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to postpone the refund until we have received the product or until we provide proof of shipment.
7. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
personalized or custom-made products,
products that have been unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons,
products that have clearly been worn or used beyond simply trying them on.
8. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us promptly at fashion@blacksheep.io, attaching photos. The applicable legal guarantees will apply.
