1. Final Sale Policy
All products sold on the BLACKSHEEP FASHION US website are sold on a final sale basis.
NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS.
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final.
2. Our approach (important information)
Our clothing is sold directly from factories, without brands or intermediaries, through a deliberately simplified supply chain.
This direct-to-factory model allows us to offer very low prices, but it also means that we do not operate a return or exchange logistics system.
BLACKSHEEP promotes conscious purchasing, not post-purchase returns.
Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to carefully review:
– product descriptions,
– worn photos,
– size guides,
before placing an order.
3. No returns / no refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted, including but not limited to:
– change of mind,
– size issues,
– style preference,
– ordering errors.
This policy applies to all products, including discounted or clearance items.
4. Defective or non-conforming products
In the unlikely event that a product is received defective or materially non-conforming with the order, the customer must contact us within a reasonable time at fashion@blacksheep.io, with supporting photos.
If the issue is confirmed, BLACKSHEEP may, at its sole discretion:
– offer a replacement, or
– issue a refund.
5. Acceptance
By completing a purchase on the BLACKSHEEP FASHION US website, the customer confirms having read, understood and accepted this policy.
